Projects Overview

The projects provide a large exploration footprint totalling 901 mining claims (approx. 188sq.km) in Ontario, diversified across four greenstone belts in areas of significant activity and investment.
This positions the company for:
  • Growth

Growth in to a significant exploration company

  • Potential

Potential to deliver material upside through further discovery and opportunities to crystalise value

  • Value drivers

Value drivers, both short and medium term from own project advancement, success of neighbouring projects and acquisitions

Immediate focus is on advancing the Jackfish Lake & Kellyn targets towards a drilling program, prospecting and sampling programs will be undertaken to advance the rest of the projects.

Schreiber-Hemlo Greenstone Belt

Schreiber-Hemlo Greenstone Belt is one of Canada’s most prolific mining regions which includes the world-class Hemlo gold mine. Majors include Teck Resources, Newmont Mining and Barrick Gold. Junior explorers on trend with Fulcrum Metals properties are actively exploring and drilling. Ready Set Gold’s Northshore gold deposit (1.2Moz Au) lies just 28km west along the Terrace Bay Batholith from Fulcrum’s Jackfish Lake & Kellyn property.

Fulcrum Metals Syenite Lake property ties into the Maude Lake property of Transition Metals and the Big Bear property of Panther Metals.

Michipicoten Greenstone Belt

Michipicoten Greenstone Belt the region has produced over 3 million ounces of gold since the start of the first gold rush in the late 1890s. The belt has a long history of past production, but many historical mining sites remain underexplored by modern methods. This belt is home to the Island Gold mine, operated by Alamos Gold, one of Canada’s highest grade and lowest cost gold mines. Further, the Magino project, owned by Argonaut Gold, is currently clearing the site for construction of a mine, with initial gold production forecast during the first half of 2023.

Fulcrum Metals Dog Lake property is to the south of Manitou Gold abuts Craig Brown (ECR) property, Frymire property (with numerous Nickel targets with samples approx. 3000ppm Nickel) and J3M Gold Corp.

Winston Lake Greenstone Belt

Winston Lake Greenstone Belt is between the Shebandowan (east) and Manitouwadge (west) Greenstone Belts. All three belts are bounded to the north by the Quetico sedimentary terrane and host notable base metal past producers:
Shebandowan mine, past production of 8 MT at 2.0% Ni, 1.2% Cu
Winston Lake mine, past production of 3 MT at 14.1% Zn and 1.0% Cu
MGB : Geco mine, past production of 58 MT at 3.5% Zn and 1.9% C

Large uptick in interest in the immediate area of Fulcrum Metals Beavertrap Lake and Carib Creek properties with Metallum Resources bringing institutional investment, with the intent to put it back into production the former producing high grade Zn-Cu Pick Lake & Winston Lake mines.

The CBLT high grade gold deposit is on the Eastern-limb and are expected to be active which will bring additional renewed interest, investment and focus in the area surrounding the Beavertrap Lake & Carib Creek properties.

Dayohessarah Greenstone Belt

Dayohessarah Greenstone Belt – Home to Harte Gold’s producing Sugar Zone mine which is expected to produce 60,000 to 65,000 oz. of gold this year. Fulcrum Metals’ Tocheri Lake project is to the West of Harte Gold who are uncovering new gold showings within previously unmapped greenstone belts in this area. Further to the East, E2 Gold have recently tripled their landholding promising additional investment in to the area.
